My journey in the world of business has been diverse and enriching, giving me a deep understanding of the unique pressures and needs that small business owners and managers in mid-sized businesses face. I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations of all sizes, from large public companies to small private enterprises and local government. This experience has shown me that no matter the size or sector, the core of a thriving business is its people.

I am a certified SHL and Social Style practitioner, and a qualified transformational coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.

I also hold qualifications in change management, adult learning, human resources and commerce.
