Time management training and coaching
One of the contributors to low resilience and burnout is the feeling of not being in control, especially when there is a high workload. Everyone seems to be short staffed at the moment, and so if you or your staff are feeling overwhelmed then it might be time to stop, take a breath, and put in place some robust time management systems and disciplines to help cope with what’s in front of you.
We believe that all employee wellbeing programs should include time management training. If you’re a business owner or a senior manager with too much to do or too little time, then you may benefit from some one on one time management coaching.
We offer group workshops (in-house or virtual classroom) and one-on-one coaching for time management and productivity.
What are you waiting for? Time is of the essence! Find out more here.
Stress management training
Stress comes from all around us. Workloads, difficult customers, deadlines, competing demands … then add the non-work stressors and you have the perfect storm for a health crisis.
As an employer, you have obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act, to ensure that you have a safe working environment, and this includes managing psychological hazards, ie stress. It’s not always possible to eliminate stressors. But what you can do, is give your employees the tools and techniques to manage their stress and lead them to better wellbeing outcomes.

Resilience workshops
Life happens. Things come at us out of the blue and they usually come in the form of some kind or challenge or major change that we did not anticipate. How do you come through these life and work challenges, a happy, healthy person? Why is it, that faced with the same challenge, two people may react very differently, with one coming through healthy and happy, and the other lost and depressed?
Our workshop gets to the heart of what makes you resilient, homing in on change agility and growth mindset. We take the science of resilience: personality and psychological factors, and combine that with techniques from positive psychology, to create a customised resilience-building plan, unique to each learner.
Spoiler alert: participants will also boost your self-esteem, self-efficacy, optimism, and feelings of positivity in the process!

Coaching
Coaching for your employees can be an alternative to, or complimentary to, an employee assistance program … though we don’t charge you an annual administration or membership fee.
Engaged employees are happy in their work life and their personal life. If there’s something weighing a valued staff member down, and it’s affecting their performance or happiness at work, then coaching could help them out of their funk.
Coaching is useful for –
- career decisions
- life decisions
- changing habits
- improving relationships (work or personal)
- managing stress
- achieving better work-life balance
- identifying goals for personal growth
- living a healthy lifestyle
- improving self-esteem.
We are not just about guiding people to a decision or a course of action. For a person to make lasting, positive changes, we combine deep enquiry with positive psychology to help our client, your employee, to uncover learnings about themself and how they see the world around them. By uncovering what is in the unconscious mind, our client can then find the right path to long lasting change.
Coaching could be a single session or take place over a number of weeks. Find out more here.
Financial wellbeing
In these times of high inflation and interest rates, your employees may be feeling the strain. If you as a business owner are also facing increased costs, chances are you can’t give pay rises as large as you would like to. Even if you could, a pay increase won’t eliminate everyone’s financial stress. Just think: people who earn plenty of money can still be under financial strain.
You may have a young workforce of people trying to save for their first home or pay off student debt. Or you have older people thinking about their retirement and want to make sure they are making good decisions about their money. Or maybe you have employees who are under considerable financial stress.
Our financial wellbeing adviser offers:
- group sessions for better money management (at your premises or a virtual classroom) – these can be “off the shelf” or tailored for your employees’ specific needs,
- one on one financial coaching for budgeting, getting out of debt, saving and retirement planning.
The right time to help your employees to take charge of their financial wellbeing is now.
