Help! I’m a Team Leader!
Our goal is to make team leader training accessible to small to medium sized businesses with smaller budgets.
We support people in small businesses to build essential people management skills without attending expensive and overwhelming multi-day management and leadership conferences.
Our team leader training program is different to the fancy-pants leadership training in that our training (and the cost) is spread over several months. We believe this is the best way to deliver team leader training because by learning just a couple of critical skills each month, learners will:
- spend smaller chunks of time away from the workplace, meaning work isn’t piling up while away learning,
- easily implement what’s been learned on the job (instead of catching up on the work that piled up while away training)
- practice and hone each skill before learning the next one,
- grow new skills in a logical order, with each workshop building on skills already mastered.

Our team leader training program covers …
Module 1: mindset for learning and introduction to leadership
In this module, learners uncover their learning styles, preferences, strengths and roadblocks. They will gain the skills that they need to make sure the learning in the program they are about to go to, sticks. We examine leadership styles and what they mean in the real world.

Social intelligence is the ability to work well with people from all walks of life and of different personalities. In this full day workshop, learners discover how to read other people in order to unlock how they should interact with them to influence, build trust and gain support. This workshop requires additional investment; so to ensure you get bang for your buck, we weave Social Style into the remainder of the program. Find out more about our social intelligence workshops here.
